Email support@fitsphere.app with the email address on your FitSphere account and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card details, medical records, or store credentials.
Workouts and exercise guidance
Open an exercise from your plan to see written setup, movement steps, coaching cues, easier and harder variations, equipment, space, and safety notes. Only reviewed demonstrations play in the app.
Subscriptions and billing
Web subscriptions are managed from My Subscription. Purchases made through Apple or Google must be managed in the store account used for the purchase. Restore Purchases reconnects an eligible store purchase to your FitSphere account.
Safety and health information
FitSphere provides educational fitness and nutrition guidance, not medical care. Stop a session for sharp, worsening, or unusual pain and seek appropriate professional advice when a clearance prompt appears.
